Dear Stakeholder,

We are pleased to inform you that BURN Manufacturing Co. is undertaking the carbon project activity titled 'VPA09: Efficient and Clean Cooking for households in Mozambique' as part of the Gold Standard Programme of Activities (PoA) 'ECOA_BURN multi-country Clean Cooking Programme.' BURN Manufacturing Co. serves as the manager of the PoA.

In this context, we will be conducting a Local Stakeholder Public Consultation, inviting all local, affected, and interested stakeholders to participate. This includes non-governmental organizations, women's groups, research institutes, individuals and organizations working on related topics, national and local policymakers, as well as local residents and representatives who may be directly or indirectly affected by the project.

Please note that this Local Stakeholder Consultation will also be applicable to any other Voluntary Project Activities (VPAs) implemented in Mozambique under BURN's Gold Standard PoA 'ECOA_BURN multi-country Clean Cooking Programme' provided they are homogeneous, targeting the same stove type(s), end-users, and project boundaries as VPA09.

4th March 2022, 8:30 am to 13:00 pm in Angoche Hotel Chando Avenida da Liberdade, Angoche 3101 Mozambique
