How long can I use ECOA Char per day?The recommended time per day to use ECOA Char is a maximum of 5 hours. N.B: Do not use ECOA Char for commercial purposes e.g. hotel use.
How do I keep ECOA Char clean?Use a damp soft piece of cloth to wipe your ECOA Char after use. N.B: Do not dip ECOA Char in water as this will damage the insulation inside. Do not scrub with steel wire/scotch bright as this will lead to wear and tear.
How do I use/light ECOA Char?To light Jikokoa, place a few small pieces of charcoal on the grate, remove the ashtray, light a paper folded into a strip and insert it in the ashtray section. Put the ashtray back in place as soon as the charcoal light.
